The Blackout Apocalypto is a modern take on the classic Bowie knife, designed for demanding outdoor and survival tasks. This full-tang fixed blade combines classic Bowie heritage with contemporary materials and ergonomics, making it ideal for bushcraft, camping, and survival scenarios.

Blade

The 10.5" Bowie-style blade is crafted from Bohler K329 steel, known for its exceptional toughness, durability, and edge retention. The dark washed finish gives it a rugged, weathered look while providing some corrosion resistance. The clip point design offers excellent piercing ability and a substantial belly for slicing tasks. At 0.23" thick, this blade is built to handle heavy-duty cutting and batoning tasks.

Handle

The handle features textured black G-10 scales with red liners, providing high traction and secure grip even in wet or slippery conditions. G-10 is a fiberglass laminate known for its strength and resistance to moisture. The full-tang construction with precision-machined weight-reduction pockets ensures optimal balance and strength without adding unnecessary weight. At 25.5oz, it's substantial but manageable for a knife of this size.

Carry

This knife comes with a black Kydex sheath featuring a clamshell design and four slotted mounting points. The sheath is fully MOLLE compatible, allowing for various carry configurations such as belt loops, Tek-Lok, and IWB webbing. The Bowie's full-tang construction and robust tip make it suitable for heavy-duty tasks, while the textured handle ensures secure handling in all conditions.
