The 4.3" Japanese tanto blade uses AEB-L stainless steel with a satin finish. AEB-L is a high-carbon, high-chromium steel known for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The Japanese tanto grind features a subtle curved transition from the main edge to the tip, maintaining a continuous edge curve. This design balances tip strength with slicing performance, making it suitable for controlled cuts and piercing tasks. The blade's thickness of 0.129" ensures robust tip strength and durability under pressure.

Handle

Textured jade G-10 handles provide a secure grip and visual appeal. G-10 is a fiberglass laminate known for its durability and resistance to moisture.
