Blade

The 9.15" bowie blade is forged from SK85 high-carbon steel, a Japanese carbon steel known for holding a sharp edge and taking impact well, making it a strong choice for chopping and heavy-duty cutting. The partial rugged copper washed finish adds a worn, protective coating over the blade while giving each piece a distinct look. At .189" thick, the blade has the mass needed for powerful chopping strokes.

Handle

The handle is built from G-10, a fiberglass laminate prized for its durability and secure grip in wet or dry conditions. The handle measures 6.2", giving plenty of room for a full grip, and the knife weighs in at 23.6oz, reflecting its chopper-oriented build.

Carry

This fixed blade ships with a black Kydex sheath, offering a rigid, low-maintenance carry option that protects the copper washed blade and allows for a quick, secure draw. There is no lock mechanism on this knife since it is a fixed blade - the tang and blade are a single, solid piece of steel.
