Blade

The 3.5" clip point blade is made from CPM Cru-Wear steel finished in black PVD. Cru-Wear offers strong edge retention, toughness, and relative ease of sharpening, making it well suited to hard-use applications. The black PVD finish adds corrosion resistance and reinforces the low-profile aesthetic. The clip point shape gives a fine, controllable tip for detail work alongside a strong cutting edge.

Handle

Black canvas Micarta scales are 3D-contoured for a secure, glove-friendly grip. Micarta is a resin-impregnated canvas laminate known for durability and a grippy texture even when wet. Thick steel liners back the scales for a solid foundation, bringing the weight to 5.7oz.

Carry

The 0316 uses a linerlock, where a spring-tensioned liner locks behind the blade to hold it open; pressing the liner aside releases the blade for closing. Deployment runs on KVT ceramic ball bearings for smooth, controlled opening. The reversible pocket clip supports left- or right-side carry, tip up, and the pivot accepts a 3/16-inch wrench for adjustment.
