Born in Poland, Michael Zieba's passion for craftsmanship and industrial work began early, helping his father in a furniture factory as a child at the age of 11. This love of working with his hands and creating works of art never left Zieba. After moving to the United States at 19, Zieba established himself in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York creating high-end metal work and custom knives. Awarded 2016 Best New Maker at the Atlanta Blade Show, Zieba consistently pushes the envelope in knife design, drawing his inspiration from the industrial and mechanical world around him.
Our current Zieba selection features the Heritage Slipjoint, a refined non-locking folder offered in natural micarta and marble carbon fiber that carries Zieba's industrial Brooklyn aesthetic into a gentleman's carry format.
