The Deadhead Pocket Coffin brings Auxiliary Manufacturing's distinctive coffin-shaped profile to a compact EDC folder, built for carriers who want sharp styling alongside solid daily function.

Blade

The 2.77" tanto blade is made from 19C27 steel with a Rose Gold PVD coating. 19C27 is a Sandvik-produced stainless steel that sharpens easily and resists corrosion well, making it a dependable choice for everyday carry. The tanto grind adds a strong, angled tip suited to piercing and hard use. Blade stock runs 0.12" thick, keeping the knife light without sacrificing rigidity.

Handle

Handles are built from black G-10, a fiberglass laminate prized for its durability and grip even in wet conditions. Combined with the coffin-shaped handle profile, the knife comes in at a light 2.9oz, making it easy to forget in the pocket until needed.

Carry

The crossbar lock uses a sliding bar that engages a notch in the blade tang, locking it open until the bar is pushed to disengage - a mechanism similar to what you'd find on Benchmade's Axis system. The reversible pocket clip is set up for right or left-hand tip-up carry.
