The Hensley Handmade collab Wendigo from Auxiliary Manufacturing is a compact fixed blade built for everyday carry, designed in collaboration with Hensley. Its small footprint makes it easy to carry daily while still offering enough blade to handle typical cutting tasks.

Blade

The 3.125" blade is made from S35VN steel with a darkwash finish. S35VN is a premium powder metallurgy steel known for its strong balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it a popular choice for knives that see regular use. At 0.162" thick, the blade has enough backbone for detail work and harder cutting tasks alike.

Handle

The handle is built from GripX, a textured synthetic material designed to provide a secure, slip-resistant grip even in wet conditions. At 4.44oz overall, the knife carries light without feeling flimsy.

Carry

The Wendigo ships with a black Kydex sheath, a rigid, molded polymer material that offers reliable retention and resistance to moisture and wear. The sheath allows for discreet, secure carry and can be configured for a variety of mounting options depending on user preference.
