The Mini Kwaiken from Auxiliary Manufacturing is a compact fixed blade built around a traditional Japanese tanto-style profile, scaled down for discreet everyday carry. Its small footprint suits collectors and EDC users who want a well-made utility blade without the bulk.

Blade

The 2.625" blade is made from AEB-L steel with a darkwash finish. AEB-L is a Swedish stainless steel known for fine grain structure, which allows it to take an extremely sharp edge while offering good corrosion resistance and toughness. The darkwash finish adds a mottled, low-reflective look while also hiding small scratches that accumulate with use.

Handle

The handle is wrapped in genuine stingray, a naturally textured material prized for its hard, bead-like surface and distinctive pattern. It provides a secure grip even when wet and gives each knife a one-of-a-kind look. At just 2.57oz, the knife carries light and unobtrusively.

Carry

A black Kydex sheath holds the knife securely with friction retention, allowing for neck carry, pocket carry, or discreet belt carry depending on how it's set up. There is no lock mechanism on this fixed blade, as the full tang construction keeps the knife solid with no moving parts.
