The Pocket Bowie is a compact custom fixed blade from Auxiliary Manufacturing, sized for everyday carry rather than camp chores. This build pairs a darkwashed bowie blade with a green stingray wrap handle for a distinctive, small-batch piece suited to collectors and EDC carriers alike.

Blade

The 2.75" bowie blade is made from AEB-L steel with a dark wash finish. AEB-L is a Swedish stainless steel prized for its fine grain structure, which allows for a very refined edge along with strong corrosion resistance and toughness. The dark wash finish adds contrast and helps hide minor use marks over time. The bowie profile brings a clipped point and defined swedge for controlled piercing and slicing.

Handle

The handle is wrapped in green stingray, a natural material known for its hard, pebbled texture that provides secure grip even without heavy jimping. At 3.7oz total, the knife carries light while still feeling substantial in hand.

Carry

A black Kydex sheath holds the blade securely with friction-fit retention. Kydex is a rigid thermoplastic that resists wear and holds its molded shape over years of carry. The compact sheath is suited to neck carry, pocket carry, or small-of-back carry depending on how you set it up.
