Use FireCord exactly like ordinary paracord until the day you need it, then pull the tinder strand, catch a spark from any ferro rod, lighter, or match, and build your fire while the outer shell keeps working as cord. The Live Fire Original is the backup for the worst day: a waterproof slide-top tin that takes a spark even after long submersion, burns around 30 minutes wide open and far longer throttled down, doubles as a candle, and puts out enough heat to dry and ignite wet wood.
