Buck manufactures replacement sheaths fitted to factory specifications for their fixed blade and folding knife models, restoring a worn or damaged carry system without replacing the knife. Original-pattern Buck knife sheaths run in genuine leather and lightweight nylon across the classic lineup.
The 110 Folding Hunter and 112 Ranger share a sheath heritage as old as the knives themselves—the belt pouch is how these lockbacks were carried for decades before pocket clips arrived. Replacement 110 and 112 sheaths run genuine leather in black and brown with snap closures and belt loops, distressed leather variants that look broken-in from the first carry, and nylon versions that weigh less and dry faster after wet-weather work. Each is die-cut to the exact folded dimensions of its model.
Fixed blade sheaths follow model-specific patterns. The 119 Special sheath carries the 6" clip point with snap retention and a belt loop, while the 102 Woodsman and 105 Pathfinder use the same pattern scaled to their blade lengths. The 191/192 sheath does dual duty, fitting both the Zipper and the Vanguard, and Heritage Series sheaths match the dressed-up look of the Dymalux-handled classics.
All replacement sheaths are sized to factory specifications, so aftermarket scales or handle modifications may affect fit. Periodic leather conditioning keeps a sheath supple through years of carry, and pairing a fresh sheath with in-house engraving is a proven way to turn a well-worn Buck knife into a restored gift piece.
