on Orders Over $99Under the colorway, the mechanics are Condor's full-tang Terrachete platform: a 14.6-inch 1075 carbon steel blade at 3mm thickness, hardened to 56 to 58 HRC, with the brand's signature dual-zone edge geometry. The grind runs tougher and thicker toward the tip, where accidental rock and dirt strikes will happen on any serious clearing job, then transitions to a thinner, more refined profile near the handle for feather sticks, traps, and controlled carving. One edge, two jobs, without having to swap tools mid-task.
High-impact polypropylene fills out the handle. It is chemically inert, UV-stable, and impervious to the moisture, sap, and temperature swings that wreck wood scales over time. A contoured palm swell plants the grip in the hand for full-power swings, while an extended pommel extends leverage and doubles as a striking surface when you need to hammer a stake or pulverize a gnarly root ball. The thermoplastic sheath holds the blade in rigid retention and hangs off a leather belt loop with enough flex for comfortable hip carry.
The army green Terrachete is the version to carry when blending in matters more than being seen.
