The Scylla is a compact fixed blade from Darlington Edgecraft, designed for bushcraft and outdoor tasks. The hand-forged blade and premium handle materials make this a standout in the budget-friendly fixed blade category.

Blade

The 3" A2 steel blade has a convex grind for excellent edge retention and slicing ability. A2 is an air-hardening tool steel with good toughness and corrosion resistance, making it well-suited for outdoor use. The hand-forged finish gives the blade a unique, rustic appearance while maintaining sharpness for detail work and light chopping tasks.

Handle

The handle combines blue curly maple with black Micarta bolsters, white and black liners, and white pins. Curly maple provides a warm, natural grip with excellent texture, while Micarta adds durability and contrast. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable hold during extended use. At 3.53oz, the Scylla is lightweight yet substantial enough for chopping and carving tasks.

Carry
