Blade

The 3" blade is made from Nitro-V steel with a hammered finish. Nitro-V is a fine-grained stainless steel that offers strong corrosion resistance along with good edge retention, making it well suited to a smaller utility blade like this one. At 0.09375" thick, the blade stays nimble for fine cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle is grey curly maple, a hardwood prized for its wavy figure grain, finished here with blue and white liners and black pins for contrast. Curly maple is dense and stable, giving the handle a solid feel while keeping the knife light at 3.53oz.

Carry

The Scylla ships with a leather sheath sized for the 7" overall length, allowing for simple belt carry. As a fixed blade - the knife is ready to use as soon as it clears the sheath.
