The Vertebrae is a premium button-lock folder designed for tactical users who want a robust, American-made knife with a strong tip for piercing tasks. The reverse tanto blade shape prioritizes tip strength over slicing ability, making it ideal for hard-use applications where controlled puncturing is more important than cutting.

Blade

The 3.42" reverse tanto blade uses MagnaCut steel with a dark stonewashed finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel known for excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. The reverse tanto grind creates a reinforced secondary point, optimizing the blade for piercing tasks while sacrificing some slicing performance. The blade is 0.140" thick, with a cutting edge of 3.18".

Handle

The handle is made from sand matte aluminum, an integral construction that eliminates weak points. Aluminum is lightweight yet strong, providing a durable platform for hard use. The handle is 4.83" long and 0.48" thick, with a total weight of 3.46oz.

Carry
