The Defiant 7 Clutch is a button lock automatic designed by Matt Martin of Vehement Knives. With its contoured aluminum handle and fast-deploying bowie blade, it's built for users who want a knife that opens instantly and feels substantial in hand without adding bulk to a pocket.

Blade

The 3.31" bowie blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a stonewash finish, hardened to HRC 62-63. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers outstanding edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and excellent toughness, making it one of the most well-rounded steels available today. The bowie profile adds a sharp clip point for precision work while keeping a strong spine for harder tasks.

Handle

The handle is 6061 aluminum with a knurled texture, 3D contoured for a secure grip. Aluminum keeps the overall weight down to just 3.5oz while still offering a rigid, durable frame that resists dings and wear from daily carry.

Carry

This is a push-button automatic with a button lock mechanism - press the button and the blade fires open instantly, held in place by an internal lock until released. A titanium pocket clip is mounted for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
