Their stated mission is bigger than knives: train the next generation of American machinists into knifemakers, starting with three young hires learning the trade on the shop floor.

George brings 25 years of knifemaking and USMC-honed design discipline, while Nichols supplies the Damascus that gives models like the Alpha, Talos, and Seax their Black Boomerang blade options. The partnership dates back to their mid-tech collaborations of the mid 2010s before growing into a full Mississippi manufacturing operation.
Beyond George's own Talos and Servo, the catalog carries Tom Krein's Bullie belt knife plus designs from Allen Elishewitz, Ryan Johnson of RMJ Tactical, and Matt Martin, all manufactured by Defiant 7's own crew rather than farmed out.
The Talos button lock is the flagship EDC folder, running MagnaCut or Nichols Damascus over contoured aluminum at 4.4 ounces. The Servo continues George's flagship flipper in 204P with mokume and carbon fiber inlay versions, the M320 family covers hard-use 3V fixed blades with Kydex, and the Magnolia, Valmara push-button, Ti-Pry bars, and Tyrant paperweights round out the shop's range.
