The Servo is a collaboration between Les George and Defiant 7, built as a flipper for collectors and EDC carriers who want standout materials paired with proven mechanics. Two decades of Les George's folder-building experience show up in the ergonomics and action of this knife.

Blade

The 3.5" sheepsfoot blade is forged from Chad Nichols' Black Rain stainless damascus, a pattern-welded steel that combines multiple stainless alloys for a distinct visual layering while retaining practical corrosion resistance. The flat-edged, rounded-tip sheepsfoot profile is well suited to controlled push cuts.

Handle

The handle is grade 5 titanium, a lightweight and corrosion-resistant metal often used in high-end folders for its strength-to-weight ratio. A raised diamond texture is cut into the surface for added grip, and the whole handle carries a matching stonewashed finish. At just 4.5oz, the knife is light enough to carry without notice.

Carry

This knife uses a frame lock, where a section of the titanium handle itself flexes in behind the blade tang to hold it open - simple, strong, and easy to disengage with one hand. The titanium pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
