Blade
The 8.5" blade is crafted from Procut steel and has a darkwash finish. The thin blade, only 0.108" thick, provides excellent slicing ability due to its acute edge angles. While not suitable for heavy-duty tasks like cutting bone or frozen food, this knife excels at vegetable work and precision cuts.
Handle
The handle is made from G-10, a durable fiberglass laminate that resists moisture and provides a secure grip. The overall length of the knife is 13", with the handle measuring 4.5". At 8.57 ounces, it offers substantial heft for precise control during cutting tasks.
