Titanium Bolt-Action Pen with Titanium Body

The Fellhoelter TiBolt is a full-size everyday carry pen built almost entirely from titanium, right down to the internal bolt mechanism. This Random Aliens edition features a playful engraved pattern on the body, giving each pen a slightly different look while keeping the rugged, mechanical feel the TiBolt line is known for.

Blade

There is no blade here - instead, the pen uses a Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 refill installed from the factory, known for smooth, consistent ink flow. It accepts standard Parker-style refills, so replacements are easy to find. The body, tip, bolt, ball, shaft, cap, clip, and hardware are all machined from titanium, with only the ink cartridge, spring, and O-ring made from other materials.

Handle

The full-size titanium body measures 5.5" overall and weighs just 1.2oz. Titanium resists corrosion, won't rust, and holds up to years of pocket carry without degrading. The engraved pattern adds grip texture along with its visual character.

Carry

A bolt-action mechanism deploys and retracts the tip with a quarter turn, rather than a push button or twist cap. This is a manual action, not spring-loaded or automatic. A titanium pocket clip is included for secure carry in a pocket or pen loop.
