Elmax Slide Lock OTF with Aluminum Handles

The Guardian Tactical GTX-025 is a compact automatic OTF (out-the-front) knife built for users who want fast, reliable deployment in a slim everyday carry package. The blue aluminum handle gives this model a distinct look while keeping weight low.

Blade

The 2.75" tanto blade is made from Elmax steel with a two tone black finish. Elmax is a powder metallurgy steel that balances high edge retention with good corrosion resistance and toughness, making it a strong choice for a knife that will see daily use. The tanto shape adds a reinforced tip that stands up well to harder use without sacrificing everyday cutting performance.

Handle

The handle is machined aluminum, finished in blue. Aluminum handles are lightweight yet rigid, keeping the overall knife at just 2.26oz while maintaining a solid feel in hand.

Carry

This is an automatic OTF knife with a slide lock. Sliding the actuator forward fires the blade out the front of the handle automatically, and the same slide locks the blade open for use; disengaging it retracts the blade back into the handle. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-down carry.
