Guardian Tactical RECON-035 G2 - Black Aluminum - Carbon Fiber Inlay - Two Tone MagnaCut Blade - GT92211

MagnaCut Automatic with Aluminum and Carbon Fiber Handles

The Guardian Tactical RECON-035 G2 is an automatic knife built for users who need fast, one-handed deployment in a compact everyday carry package. Guardian Tactical manufactures these in-house in the USA, pairing modern materials with precise fit and finish.

Blade

The 3.375" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a two-tone finish. MagnaCut was engineered specifically for knife applications, delivering high edge retention alongside strong corrosion resistance and toughness - it holds an edge longer than most stainless steels while resisting chipping. At 0.150" thick, the blade has enough spine strength for daily cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle combines aluminum with a carbon fiber inlay. Aluminum provides a rigid, lightweight frame, while the carbon fiber adds a distinct woven pattern and additional strength without extra bulk. Total weight comes in at 3.81oz, keeping the knife light in the pocket despite its automatic mechanism.

Carry

This knife deploys automatically at the push of a button, firing the blade open instantly. The reversible pocket clip mounts for right or left-hand carry, tip down, so it rides discreetly and draws quickly when needed.

Made in the USA.
