Blade

The 3.75" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel at .135" thick with a tumbled finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and toughness that outperforms most traditional stainless steels. The tumbled finish gives the blade a matte, low-glare surface while helping mask handling marks. The drop point shape keeps the tip strong while offering a controllable, versatile edge for everyday cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle is built from OD Green Micarta, a material made by compressing canvas fabric with resin under high pressure. Micarta offers a secure, textured grip that holds up well in wet or dirty conditions and develops a unique patina with use. At 4.2oz, the knife carries light for its size.

Carry

The Mudpup 4 ships with a Kydex sheath, a rigid thermoplastic that offers secure retention and quick, quiet draws. The sheath supports multiple carry configurations, including belt and scout carry setups, making it easy to position the knife for different tasks or environments.
