Blade

The 3.75" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a tumbled finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel known for its balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, holding an edge longer than most stainless steels while resisting chipping under lateral stress. At 0.135" thick, the blade stays nimble for detail cutting while keeping enough backbone for harder tasks.

Handle

The tri-color G-10 handle scales are fitted over the tang. G-10 is a fiberglass laminate, layered and resin-set under pressure, giving it a stable, textured grip that holds up in wet or dry conditions without degrading. At 4.2oz, the Mudpup 4 carries light for its size.

Carry

The knife ships with a molded Kydex sheath for secure, rattle-free carry. Kydex resists moisture and holds its shape over time, and the sheath can be set up for belt or discreet pocket carry depending on your preference. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism - the tang runs solid through the handle for one-piece strength.
