The 4.625" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a tumbled finish, measuring .156" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and impressive toughness - a combination that makes it well suited to a knife that has to cut, baton, and hold up to moisture in the field. The drop point profile gives you a strong tip and a generous belly for skinning and general utility work.

Handle

The handle is finished in orange G-10, a fiberglass laminate prized for its grip and resistance to moisture, oils, and temperature swings. The bright orange color also makes the knife easy to spot if set down in the field. Total weight comes in at 8.2oz, giving the knife a substantial, secure feel in hand.

Carry
