The 2" sheepsfoot blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a Coyote Cerakote finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers strong edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness in one package, making it a top choice among premium blade steels. The sheepsfoot grind has a straight edge and a spineless tip, giving precise control for detail cutting without a piercing point. The Cerakote finish adds an extra layer of protection against moisture and wear.

Handle

The handle is natural Micarta, a composite made from linen or canvas layers set in resin. Micarta is prized for its durability and grip, even when wet, and develops a smooth, worn-in texture over time. At just 1.9oz, the Newt is barely noticeable in the pocket or around the neck.

Carry
