JB Knifeworks is the creation of Joey Berry, a custom knifemaker based in Buford, Georgia who combines his background as a trained gunsmith and former butcher to produce functional knives with meticulous fit and finish. Berry's experience in metalworking and meat processing taught him how knives should perform and feel during extended use, knowledge he applies to every blade. His knives feature full flat and convex grinds with generous distal taper that reduces weight while improving balance and cutting performance. The JB Knifeworks line spans from compact skinning knives to full kitchen cutlery sets, with each knife hand finished and individually made to exacting standards.
