AEB-L Fixed Blade with Amboyna Burl Handle

The Lishen Little Fowl is a compact fixed blade designed for precision tasks where control matters. At just 7" overall, it's sized for detail work, carving, and other jobs where a larger knife would be overkill. The AEB-L steel and Amboyna burl handle make this a visually striking knife with practical performance.

Blade

The 3.125" blade uses AEB-L stainless steel, a Swedish carbon steel with excellent edge retention and polishability. AEB-L is a favorite among custom knife makers for its fine grain structure and ability to take a mirror polish. The blade is 0.09" thick with a drop point profile that balances tip strength with slicing ability.

Handle

The Amboyna burl scales are pinned with brass hardware. Amboyna burl is a rare and beautiful wood with dramatic figure patterns. The wood is stabilized to prevent cracking and warping. At 2.22oz it's light enough for extended use but has enough heft for controlled cuts.

Carry

Ships with a leather sheath that provides secure retention. No lock mechanism - this is a fixed blade with a full tang. The sheath can be worn on a belt or carried in a pack. The blade's drop point profile makes it suitable for carving, food prep, and other detail work.
