The handle is built from Juniper Jute Micarta with thick natural liners and brass pins. Micarta is a resin-impregnated fabric material, layered and compressed for durability - jute micarta uses natural jute fiber for a warm, organic look and texture that also holds up well to moisture and wear. At 5.08oz, the knife carries light for its size.

Carry

The Orson 2 comes with a leather sheath for belt or pocket carry. As a fixed blade, there is no lock mechanism - the tang and handle form one solid, dependable piece for hard use.
