A2 Fixed Blade with Canvas Micarta Handles

The Lishen Orson 2 is a compact fixed blade suited for everyday carry and detail work. This build pairs Ranger Green canvas Micarta scales with thick red liners and brass pins for a distinctive look, backed by Lishen's attention to fit and finish.

Blade

The 4" blade is made from A2 tool steel at 0.125" thick. A2 is prized for its toughness and stability, holding a working edge well while resisting chipping better than many high-carbon alternatives. This makes it a solid choice for a knife meant to see daily use without constant touch-ups.

Handle

The handle is canvas Micarta, a composite made from linen or canvas fabric layered with resin under heat and pressure. It offers a secure, textured grip that holds up well in wet conditions and won't degrade over time. The red liners and brass pins add contrast against the Ranger Green scales. At just over 5oz, the knife carries light on the belt.

Carry

The Orson 2 ships with a leather sheath sized for belt carry. As a fixed blade, there's no lock to manage - the tang runs solid through the handle, and the sheath provides secure retention for quick access.
