The LT Wright Pronghorn is a dedicated whittling and bushcraft knife that will feel like an old friend the moment you pick it up. A puukko inspired design with a straight backed blade just under 3 inches long, it is built for control and precision, the kind of knife that has you settling in by the fire while wood shavings pile up around your boots. The high scandi grind is finished by hand to a razor edge, exactly what you want for carving feathersticks, cutting notches for traps, and boring holes, and the crisp 90 degree spine throws sparks off a ferro rod when it is time to make fire. You can choose your steel to suit the work, classic O1 tool steel that sharpens effortlessly and takes a keen edge, or hard use CPM-3V for an exceptional blend of toughness and long edge retention. The micarta handle is just long enough for a full four finger grip and shaped by hand for comfort through long carving sessions, secured to the full tang with Loveless style bolts and high strength epoxy.
