Lynch Northwest has been machining titanium EDC gear in Rockford, Washington since the early 2010s, and founder Casey Lynch built the company's reputation on a part most knife makers treat as an afterthought: the pocket clip. Every Lynch NW clip starts as domestic 6AL-4V grade 5 titanium, gets CNC milled to match the contours of a specific knife model, then is hand formed and finished in the Washington shop. That combination of machine precision and handwork is why a small shop in the Pacific Northwest became the default answer across the EDC community whenever a factory clip disappoints.
Deep carry geometry seats a knife lower in the pocket than factory hardware, cutting the visible metal to a clean sliver while keeping the draw natural, and grade 5 titanium holds its spring tension through years of daily use where coated steel fatigues.
