The 3.35" blade is made from S90V, a powder metallurgy steel prized for outstanding edge retention thanks to its high vanadium carbide content. The lightwash finish gives the S-grind blade a mottled, low-contrast look while the flat grind geometry improves slicing performance.

Handle
