The Medford USMC 250th Trench Knife is Medford Knife & Tool's tribute to the United States Marine Corps on its 250th anniversary, made in Phoenix, Arizona. It is a modern take on the classic knuckle knife, overbuilt for hard use and just as much at home in a collection as on a kit.
Like the trench knives that came before it, the Medford carries a knuckle guard for hand protection, set on multi layered G-10 scales that hold a secure grip in harsh conditions. The blade is ground thick behind the edge for durability rather than fine slicing, which suits a tactical fighting knife built to take abuse. Each one rides in a premium brown leather sheath.
The Trench Knife runs a 6.75 inch blade of 1095 Cro-Van on 0.260 inch stock, 12 inches overall, and weighs 19 ounces. Choose a dirty tumbled or black oxide finish. 1095 Cro-Van is a tough carbon steel with a long military history, covered in our knife steel guide, so keep it oiled.
