The Overland is a collaboration between TJ Schwarz of Schwarz Designs and Millit Knives Manufacturing, built as a lightweight everyday carry folder with thoughtful ergonomics. Each Overland is finished and assembled to order, making it a great fit for users who want a premium American-made folder tailored to their preferences.

Blade

The 3.17" sheepsfoot blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a stonewash finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and good toughness, making it one of the most well-rounded steels available today. The sheepsfoot shape offers a straight edge and controlled tip, ideal for precise cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle uses black G-10, a fiberglass laminate valued for its light weight, durability, and grip in wet or dry conditions. Blue accents on the collar and backspacer add a distinctive touch. At just 2.86oz, the Overland carries comfortably without adding bulk.

Carry

A frame lock secures the blade open, using a section of the titanium frame that flexes in behind the blade tang for a solid lockup. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry, keeping the knife accessible and low-profile in the pocket.
