Blade

The 3" blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a bead blasted finish at 0.125" thick. MagnaCut is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and good toughness, making it well suited to a hard-use EDC blade that needs to handle daily tasks without frequent sharpening.

Handle

The handle scales are bog oak, a wood that has been naturally preserved in peat bogs for centuries, giving it a dense structure and deep, dark coloring with unique grain patterns in every piece. It offers a stable, comfortable grip without added weight.

Carry

The Osprey EDC ships with a Kydex sheath for secure, low-profile carry. Kydex is a rigid thermoplastic that holds its shape and protects the edge, and it can be set up for belt or scout carry depending on your preference.
