Blade

The 4.54" drop point blade is made from Elmax stainless steel with a stonewash finish, hardened to 60.5-61.5 HRC. Elmax is a premium powder-metallurgy steel known for holding an edge through extended use while resisting corrosion in wet or humid conditions. The drop point shape balances a strong tip with a wide cutting edge, and the spine is squared off to strike a ferro rod for fire-starting in the field.

Handle

The handle scales are G-10, a fiberglass laminate prized for its grip and weather resistance. It won't swell, crack, or turn slippery when wet, and it holds up to sweat and repeated outdoor use. A recessed lanyard hole adds a secure carry option. The knife weighs 9.14oz, giving it enough heft for harder cutting tasks without feeling unwieldy.

Carry

The Arbor ships with a custom-molded Kydex sheath featuring an ambidextrous design, a secure retention clip, brass eyelets, and a drainage hole to keep moisture from collecting. It carries cleanly on a belt and stays put during movement over rough terrain.
