The Brend Classic is a Pro-Tech interpretation of Pat Crawford's original Brend design, updated with modern materials for everyday carry. It suits users who want a slim, fast-deploying folder without the bulk of a larger tactical-style knife.

Blade

The 3.35" drop point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a Black DLC finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel that balances high edge retention with strong corrosion resistance and toughness, making it easier to maintain than older premium steels. The DLC coating adds surface hardness and further protects against corrosion while giving the blade a low-glare black finish.

Handle

The handle is black diamond textured aluminum, a lightweight metal scale material that resists wear and provides secure grip texture without adding bulk. At 2.93oz total weight, the knife carries light for its size.

Carry

This model uses a button lock, where a spring-loaded button engages a locking bar to hold the blade open; pressing the button releases it for closing. It is not an automatic knife - the blade must be manually opened. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
