The Brend Classic is a Walter Brend design built by Pro-Tech, pairing custom-grade materials with a clean button lock mechanism. This is a knife for collectors and EDC users who want premium steel and a refined finish without a plain-looking blade.

Blade

The 3.35" drop point blade is MagnaCut finished in Sapphire Blue PVD. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel engineered specifically for knife applications, offering excellent edge retention, strong corrosion resistance, and enough toughness to hold up to daily use without chipping. The drop point shape gives a strong tip and a generous belly for everyday cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle is blasted and tumbled 17-4 stainless steel, heat treated for added strength and finished with a diamond texture for grip. An abalone button accents the release, and satin hardware rounds out the fit and finish. At 5.48oz, it carries with some reassuring heft.

Carry

This model uses a button lock, which engages automatically when the blade opens and releases with a single press of the button. It is a manual-opening knife - the button secures the blade rather than firing it. A polished long deep-carry clip rides right-hand, tip up, keeping the knife low in the pocket for a minimal carry profile.
