The Pallas is a collaboration between Pro-Tech Knives and Spartan Blades, pairing Pro-Tech's button lock mechanism with Spartan's design sensibility. This Blade Show West exclusive features a textured "Weave" aluminum bronze handle and a DLC coated MagnaCut blade, making it a standout piece for collectors and serious EDC carriers alike.

Blade

The 3.7" clip point blade is made from MagnaCut steel with a DLC black finish. MagnaCut is a modern powder steel engineered for an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it one of the most well-rounded steels available today. The DLC coating adds additional surface hardness and reduces glare while giving the blade its black appearance. The clip point shape offers a fine, controllable tip suited for detail work and piercing cuts.

Handle

The handle is machined from AlBronze, an aluminum bronze alloy valued for its strength and distinctive golden-bronze coloring. The "Weave" texture is cut directly into the metal for a secure grip, and the handle is finished with black hardware and a mosaic pin accent. At 7.57oz, this knife carries with substantial, solid-feeling heft.

Carry

The Pallas uses a button lock, releasing the blade via a side-mounted button rather than a traditional liner or frame lock. This is a manual knife, deploying with deliberate hand pressure rather than spring-assisted automatic action. A DLC black wide deep-carry pocket clip is mounted for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
