The Pro-Tech Redencion is an automatic folding knife featuring a drop point blade shape. The drop point design offers a strong tip with excellent piercing ability and a moderate belly curve for good slicing performance. The 3.375" blade is made from S35VN steel, which provides an excellent balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. This premium American powder metallurgy stainless steel has a hardness of 58-61 HRC and includes niobium for improved toughness over its predecessor, S30V. The blade is finished with a durable DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance. The handle is constructed from aluminum with a black key textured finish, providing a secure grip. The knife features a button lock mechanism and is an automatic opener, deploying with the push of a button. It includes a right-hand, tip-up pocket clip for convenient carry.
