S35VN Button Lock with Aluminum Handles

The SBR, short for Short Bladed Rockeye, is a Les George design produced by Pro-Tech Knives as a limited Blade Show West exclusive, serialized to 65 pieces. This compact build suits collectors and everyday carry users who want a fast-deploying knife with premium materials in a smaller footprint.

Blade

The 2.6" drop point blade is made from S35VN steel with a stonewash satin finish. S35VN is a premium stainless steel that balances strong edge retention with good toughness and easy sharpening, making it a favorite among custom and semi-custom knife makers. The drop point shape offers a strong tip and controlled belly for everyday cutting tasks.

Handle

The handle is solid black aluminum, finished with a mosaic pin and rose gold hardware for added detail. Aluminum handles are lightweight and corrosion resistant while still holding up to daily use. At just 3.05oz, the knife carries light in the pocket.

Carry

This model uses a button lock, which engages a locking bar when the blade is deployed and releases instantly with a push of the button for quick one-handed closing. A small black deep carry clip is mounted for right-hand, tip-up carry, keeping the knife low profile in the pocket.
