The Scapegoat Compact is a Ramon Chavez design brought to life by Pro-Tech Knives, built as a sleek everyday carry with premium materials throughout. This button lock folder pairs a hard-wearing blade steel with a lightweight aluminum frame for a knife that carries easily and deploys fast.

Blade

The 3.15" clip point blade is made from MagnaMax steel with a DLC black finish. MagnaMax is a modern powder metallurgy steel that delivers high edge retention and strong corrosion resistance, while the DLC coating adds extra surface hardness and reduces glare. The clip point shape gives a fine, controllable tip suited to detail work and everyday tasks.

Handle

The handle is machined aluminum, finished with a black lip pearl button for the release. Aluminum keeps the overall weight down to just 2.85oz while still offering a rigid, durable frame that resists dings and wear from daily carry.

Carry

Deployment and lockup are handled by a button lock - press the button to release the blade, and a spring bar engages to hold it firmly open until pressed again. The knife rides with a black deep carry clip set for right-hand, tip-up carry, keeping the handle low in the pocket for a discreet profile.
