The Synapse 2 is a collaboration between Pro-Tech and designer Vero, pairing a refined spear point blade with a push-button automatic mechanism. This is a knife for collectors and everyday carry users who want fast, one-handed deployment in a well-finished package.

Blade

The 3.5" spear point blade is made from MagnaMax steel with a stonewashed finish. MagnaMax is a premium powder-metallurgy steel that delivers high edge retention along with strong toughness and corrosion resistance, making it a reliable choice for daily use. The stonewash finish hides fine scratches and adds a low-key textured look.

Handle

Handles are machined aluminum with a black herringbone texture pattern, giving the knife a lightweight yet rigid frame along with reliable grip. Hardware is blasted to match the overall finish, and the pocket clip is DLC-coated black machined titanium. Total weight comes in at just 3.4oz.

Carry

This is a true automatic - pressing the button fires the blade open instantly, and the same button releases the button lock for closing. The lock is simple and fast in operation, engaging a solid internal stud when the blade is fully open. The pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry only.
