The Synapse 2 is a Blade Show West exclusive from Pro-Tech, designed in collaboration with Vero Design. Limited in availability, this release pairs a premium blade steel with a distinctive color scheme for collectors and enthusiasts who want something outside Pro-Tech's standard lineup.

Blade

The 3.5" spear point blade is made from MagnaMax steel with a two-tone finish, featuring a DLC black coating on the flats and satin along the grind. MagnaMax is a premium powder steel built for high edge retention and toughness, holding an edge longer than most stainless steels while resisting chipping under hard use. The spear point profile centers the tip on the blade's spine for strength and controlled piercing.

Handle

Solid green aluminum handles keep the knife light at 3.4oz while remaining rigid and corrosion resistant. The black lip pearl button adds a contrasting accent against the green, and satin hardware along with a DLC black machined titanium clip round out the finish details.

Carry

This is a button lock, a mechanism common on Pro-Tech's lineup that releases the blade with a press of the button, though it is a manual knife requiring you to swing the blade open by hand. The DLC black titanium pocket clip is set up for right-hand, tip-up carry.
