M390 Button Frame Lock with Titanium and Carbon Fiber Handle

The Remette RT-Steed RTWS-BC combines premium materials with a refined design. The 3.07" drop point blade uses Bohler M390 stainless steel, an Austrian powder metallurgy steel with excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating adds another layer of protection against wear and corrosion. The handle features black titanium scales with blue carbon fiber inlays for a striking contrast. At 4.48oz it's a substantial but balanced folder.

Blade

The M390 steel offers very good edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for EDC in demanding environments. The drop point profile keeps the tip strong for utility tasks while maintaining a useful belly for slicing. The DLC coating enhances wear resistance and gives the blade a non-reflective matte finish.

Handle

Black titanium scales provide strength and durability, while the blue carbon fiber inlays add visual appeal without compromising performance. The titanium construction keeps weight reasonable despite the knife's substantial size when open.

Locking Mechanism

The button frame lock offers a secure, one-handed operation. A spring-loaded button on the frame releases the blade tang, allowing smooth opening and closing. This design provides strong lockup while keeping the handle slim.

Carry

Includes a right-hand, tip-up pocket clip for secure carry. The closed length of 4.61" makes it compact enough for daily carry while the overall length of 7.87" provides ample blade length for tasks.
