Blade

The 9-inch blade is hand forged from 5160 steel, finished in a Darkwash Brute de Forge that leaves the hammer-forged texture visible along the flats. 5160 is a spring steel prized for its toughness and resistance to chipping under hard impact, making it a strong choice for chopping and batoning tasks. At 0.250 inches thick, the blade has the mass to move through wood without flexing.

Handle

The handle is Micarta, a resin-impregnated linen or canvas material valued for its durability and secure grip even when wet or covered in grease. Full tang construction runs the steel through the entire 6.75-inch handle length, adding strength and balance. Total weight comes in at 24.8 ounces.

Carry

The Little Ronin ships with a leather sheath for belt carry. As a fixed blade, the full tang construction is the strength of the knife, and the sheath provides secure, quick-draw retention in the field.
