The Little Ronin is a scaled-down version of Shade Indonesia's 17-inch Ronin, built for users who want the same character in a more manageable size. At 9 inches of blade and 15.75 inches overall, it works as a camp knife or light chopper for those who don't need full-size heft.

Blade

The 9" blade is hand forged from 5160 steel with a Darkwash Brute de Forge finish that leaves the forging marks visible on the flats. 5160 is a spring steel prized for toughness and shock resistance, making it well-suited to chopping and hard use where a brittle edge would fail. Thickness runs a substantial 0.250", adding to the blade's durability under stress.

Handle

The handle is Rosewood, a dense natural hardwood known for its rich grain and durability under repeated use. Full tang construction runs the steel through the entire 6.75" handle length, adding strength and balance. Total weight comes in at 24.8oz.

Carry

A leather sheath is included for belt carry, protecting the edge and giving the knife a traditional look that matches the hand-forged blade.
