The Spartan-Harsey Folder is a collaboration between Spartan Blades and renowned knife designer William "Bill" Harsey Jr. Originally built as a custom one-off, it has become a periodic release for collectors and everyday carry enthusiasts who want a folder with pedigree and field-ready performance.

Blade

The 4" drop point blade is forged from Chad Nichols Damascus steel, a pattern-welded steel known for its distinctive layered appearance and strong cutting performance. Each blade carries unique grain patterns since no two billets of Damascus are identical. The drop point shape balances a controlled tip with a broad cutting edge, suited to both everyday tasks and harder field use.

Handle

The handle is built from titanium, a lightweight metal that resists corrosion and holds up well to repeated use without adding bulk. Harsey's signature ergonomic contours shape the grip for comfort and control across a range of hand positions. Overall weight comes in at 5.9oz.

Carry

This knife runs a frame lock, where part of the titanium handle itself flexes to lock the blade open, then releases with a push to the side. The pocket clip is configurable for right or left hand carry, tip up, so it adapts to how you carry.
