At the heart of this knife is a full flat ground blade crafted from CPM MagnaCut, a state of the art powdered steel that delivers an exceptional balance of edge retention, toughness, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for wet and humid environments. The plain edge blade wears a clean satin finish, paired with high visibility black and yellow G-10 scales featuring Spyderco's Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture pattern for a secure, no slip grip even when wet.

Underneath, nested skeletonized stainless steel liners form the foundation of Spyderco's ultra reliable Compression Lock, and all of the handle hardware is made from marine grade, ultra corrosion resistant materials to stand up to the elements.
